美宝湿润烫伤膏联合红外线治疗糖尿病足的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病足患者接受美宝湿润烫伤膏联合红外线治疗的临床疗效。方法2016年3月-2020年12月期间,将该院收治的50例糖尿病足患者纳入研究范围,将其随机分组,接受美宝湿润烫伤膏治疗的26例患者为对照组,接受美宝湿润烫伤膏联合红外线治疗的24例患者为观察组,对比患者临床指标、临床症状及总有效率差异。结果患者经临床治疗,观察组糖尿病足溃疡面积为(1.39±1.31)cm2、换药次数为(13.35±1.14)次、溃疡愈合时间为(7.81±1.52)d、住院时间为(8.78±1.89)d,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者麻木、疼痛、肿胀及跛行症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.317,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者接受美宝湿润烫伤膏联合红外线治疗,大幅提升了患者的治疗有效率,进一步减少了换药次数、缩短了患者住院时间,临床应用价值高于美宝湿润烫伤膏单独治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO moist scald ointment combined with infrared therapy in diabetic foot patients.Methods From March 2016 to December 2020,50 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital were included in the study and randomized into groups.26 patients who received MEBO moist scald ointment were treated as the control group.The 24 patients treated with MEBO moist scald ointment combined with infrared rays were the observation group,and the differences in clinical indicators,clinical symptoms and total effective rates were compared.Results After clinical treatment,the area of diabetic foot ulcer in the observation group was(1.39±1.31)cm2,the number of dressing changes was(13.35±1.14)times,the ulcer healing time was(7.81±1.52)d,and the hospital stay was(8.78±1.89)d,Better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group patients’numbness,pain,swelling and claudication scores were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s TCM syndromes score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.317,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot patients with MEBO moist scald ointment combined with infrared therapy greatly improves the patient's treatment efficiency,further reduces the number of dressing changes and shortens the patient's hospital stay.The clinical application value of MEBO moist scald ointment alone is higher than that of MEBO moist scald ointment alone.
