摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是发生在孕期的一种严重代谢性疾病,受中国传统观念的影响,我国妊娠期糖尿病的发病率相对较高。而GDM的发生会导致巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、剖宫产等严重的母婴并发症,给母婴结局造成不良影响,因此,控制好孕期血糖是降低母婴并发症、改善母婴结局的关键。研究表明,运动疗法在控制妊娠期血糖方面效果显著,国外已有针对妊娠期孕妇体育运动的建议及指南,国内尚缺乏相关指南。该文旨在归纳、总结妊娠期孕妇进行体育运动的类型、时机、强度、时间、频率、体位,为临床医师指导妊娠期孕妇指定个性化体育运动提供依据,减少妊娠期糖尿病的发病,控制妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖,降低母婴并发症的发生,更好地为妊娠期孕妇提供保障。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a serious metabolic disease that occurs during pregnancy.Influenced by traditional Chinese concepts,the incidence of gestational diabetes in our country is relatively high.The occurrence of GDM can lead to serious maternal and infant complications such as macrosomia,neonatal hypoglycemia,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,cesarean section,etc.,which will adversely affect the maternal and infant outcome.Therefore,controlling blood glucose during pregnancy is to reduce the mother and infant complications,the key to improving mother-to-child outcomes.Studies have shown that exercise therapy is effective in controlling blood glucose during pregnancy.There have been suggestions and guidelines for pregnant women's physical exercise in foreign countries,but there is still a lack of relevant guidelines in China.This article aims to summarize the type,timing,intensity,time,frequency,and posture of pregnant women during pregnancy,and provide basis for clinicians to guide pregnant women to designate personalized sports,reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes,and control pregnancy.The blood glucose of diabetic patients can reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant complications,and provide better protection for pregnant women during pregnancy.
