摘  要:随着冠状动脉血管疾病发病率的不断增加,心血管支架作为治疗冠状动脉疾病的重要性不断提高.在过去,主流的支架类型为美国雅培公司生产聚合物支架,其临床结果显示支架血栓形成的发生率更高.这鼓励了由金属及其合金制成的生物可降解金属支架的发展,例如镁,锌和铁基合金.金属的加入有望提高心血管支架的机械强度和生物相容性.本文回顾了生物可降解金属支架的发展历程,讨论了来自各种体外和临床前研究的关键结果,分析了目前几种主流金属支架材料优缺点,以就其作为生物可降解金属基支架材料候选物的生物相容性和降解特性提供潜在见解.With the increasing incidence of coronary artery disease,the importance of cardiovascular stents as a treatment for coronary artery disease continues to increase.In the past,the mainstream type of stent was the polymer stent produced by Abbott in the United States,and its clinical results showed that the incidence of stent thrombosis was higher.This encourages the development of biodegradable metal stents made of metals and their alloys,such as magnesium,zinc and iron-based alloys.The addition of metal is expected to improve the mechanical strength and biocompatibility of cardiovascular stents.This article reviews the development history of biodegradable metal stents,discusses key results from various in vitro and pre-clinical studies,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several current mainstream metal stent materials,in order to consider them as biodegradable metal-based stent materialsThe biocompatibility and degradation characteristics of the material provide potential insights.
