摘  要:在高压大电流特种电源系统中,电压电流是主要参数,温度仅作为辅助参数在其值达到极限值时做报警保护用。但是,温度作为特种电源系统中重要器件如IGBT和储能电容的主要性能参数,其大小直接影响电源的正常安全运行。介绍了一种应用于高压大电流特种电源的温度检测装置。该装置以单片机作为控制核心,采用检测IGBT内部热敏电阻和固定在储能电容内部或表面热电偶温度的方法,实现对特种电源系统的实时温度监测。经过实验调试,该温度检测装置可实时监测特种电源系统多路温度,并将其进行数码管循环显示和通过串口将温度信息传送给特种电源的主控制器。In the high-voltage and high-current special power supply system,the voltage and current is the main parameter,and the temperature is only used as an auxiliary parameter for alarm protection when its value reaches the limit value.However,temperature,as the main performance parameter of IGBT and capacitance,directly affects the normal and safe operation of power supply.The paper introduces a temperature detecting device,which adopts the single chip microcomputer as the control core.The real-time temperature monitoring of the special power supply system is realized by detecting the thermistor temperature in the IGBT and thermocouple fixed inside or on the surface of energy storage capacitor.After experimental debugging,the temperature detecting device can monitor the multi-channel temperature of the special power system in real time,and carry out digital tube circulation display and transmit the temperature information to the main controller of the special power through the serial port.
