摘 要:目的研究某新型超低温紫外线灯消毒效果及影响因素。方法测定该灯低温条件工作不同时间的辐照强度以及对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的消毒效果,观察消毒时间、距离、温度等因素对辐照强度和消毒效果的影响。结果-20℃时,距该新型紫外线灯1 m处辐照强度平均值为1003μW/cm2,且随距离增大逐渐减小;该灯开启1 min,辐照强度即可达稳定状态,且随时间延长无明显变化;20℃至-20℃之间,辐照强度随温度下降而逐渐升高。-20℃时,该灯对距1 m处的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5 min即可达到合格要求,且杀灭作用随时间延长而增强,随距离增大而减弱。-20℃时,距0.3 m、作用3 min和距1 m、作用5 min的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢均达到消毒合格水平,而在20℃时均未达到消毒合格。结论该新型紫外线灯低温下对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢具有良好的消毒作用,且消毒时间、距离、温度等因素对其杀菌效果有一定影响。Objective To study the germicidal effect of a new low temperature ultraviolet lamp and affecting factors.Methods The irradiation intensity and germicidal effect of the new ultraviolet lamp on Bacillus subtilis var.niger were detected at different positions,disinfection time and distance,temperature and other related factors.Results At-20℃,one meter away,the irradiation intensity of the new low temperature ultraviolet lamp was up to 1003μW/cm2,which decreased with the increase of distance.The irradiation intensity could reach a steady state in one minute and had no visible difference as time increasing.The irradiation intensity was increased with the temperature decreasing between 20℃and-20℃.At-20℃,1 meter away,exposing for 5 min,the killing logrithm value(KL)of Baillus subtilis var.niger were qualified.And the KLincreased with the disinfection time prolonged and decreased with the distance increased.At-20℃,0.3 meter away,3 min and 1 meter away,5 min,the KL of Baillus subtilis var.niger were qualified,but not qualified at 20℃.Conclusion The new type high efficient low temperature ultraviolet lamp has good germicidial effect at low temperature.And the germicidal effect can be affected by disinfection time,distance and temperature.
