扁柏酚醇溶液中和剂筛选的试验研究

摘　　要：目的选择能有效去除残留扁柏酚醇溶液的中和剂。方法参考2002年版《消毒技术规范》,采用中和剂初选试验和改进的中和剂鉴定试验方法进行试验。结果采用双料D/E中和肉汤改进的化学中和法可有效中和4000 mg/L扁柏酚醇溶液的残留效应,且中和剂本身及中和产物对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌生长无不良影响。结论运用改进的化学中和法,双料D/E中和肉汤可以作为去除残留扁柏酚醇溶液的中和剂。Objective To select neutralizer that can effectively remove residual hinokitiol alcoholic solution.Methods Referring to Technical Standard for Disinfection(2002),the primary selection test of neutralizer and the improved identification test method of neutralizer were used.Results The residual effect of 4000 mg/L ethanol solution of hinokitiol alcoholic solution could be effectively neutralized by double D/E neutralization broth by improved chemical neutralization method.The neutralizer itself and neutralization products had no adverse effects on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.Conclusion Using the improved chemical neutralization method,D/E neutralization broth was selected as a neutralizer to remove the residual hinokitiol alcoholic solution.
