摘　　要：目的了解医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)人员结构及设施建设现状。方法通过问卷调查方法,对云南省辖区内117家医院CSSD管理现状进行调查。结果在所调查的117家医院中有76.07%的医院无菌物品实施CSSD集中管理;CSSD已建立信息系统的医院占36.75%。该省医院CSSD人力与床位比平均值为1.94∶100;大专及以上学历员工占71.45%。CSSD拥有超声清洗机、高温干燥设备、器械检查包装台、医用热封机及预真空式压力蒸汽灭菌器的医院占83%以上。结论云南省各级医院CSSD人员和设施现状与消毒供应行业标准存在差距,还应加大投资和管理力度。Objective To know the current situation of the personnel structure and facilities construction of central sterile supply department(CSSD)in Yunnan Province.Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the current status for CSSD of 117 hospitals in Yunnan province.Results 76.07%of 117 hospitals investigated had achieved centralized management.36.75%of the CSSD had established an information system.The average ratio of manpower to beds in the disinfection supply center was 1.94∶100.Employees with college education and above accounted for 71.45%.The configuration rate of ultrasonic cleaning machine,high temperature drying equipment,equipment inspection and packaging table,medical heat sealing machine and pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer were all above 83%.Conclusion There is difference between CSSD in Yunnan province and the industry standard,and management should be strengthened to improve the weak links.
