摘　　要：目的比较北京市营利性和非营利性医疗机构消毒灭菌情况。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对北京市各级营利性和非营利性医疗机构的消毒灭菌情况监测数据进行汇总分析。结果2019年北京市各级营利性和非营利性医疗机构共采样22454件,合格22087件,总合格率为98.4%。其中,营利性医疗机构采样5870件,合格率为98.8%;非营利性医疗机构采样16584件,合格率为98.2%。室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中的消毒剂、紫外线灯、一次性医疗用品和污水的消毒合格率中,使用中消毒剂的合格率最高,为99.9%;医务人员手的消毒合格率最低,为92.8%。结论北京市医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较好,但非营利性医疗机构监测项目总体消毒合格率低于营利性医疗机构。Objective To compare the disinfection quality between non-profit medical institutions and profit medical institutions in Beijing.Methods Field sampling and labrotary detection method were used.The surveillance data of disinfection quality of non-profit medical institutions and profit medical institutions in Beijing were collected and analyzed.Results In 2019,22454 samples were collected from all kinds of medical institutions in Beijing,of which 22087 were qualified,with the overall qualified rate of 98.4%.16584 samples were collected in non-profit medical institutions,with the qualified rate of 98.2%,and 5870 samples were collected in profit medical institutions,with the qualified rate of 98.8%.In the qualified rate of air quality testing,surface of objects,hands of hospital staff,medical sterilizers,disinfectants in use,ultraviolet lamp intensity,disposable medical supplies and the sewage samples,the qualified rate of disinfectant in use was the highest(99.9%),and the qualified rate of medical staff’s hand was the lowest(92.8%).Conclusion The quality of disinfection surveillance in hospitals in Beijing is well,but the overall disinfection qualified rate of monitoring items in non-profit medical institutions is lower than that in profit-making medical institutions.
