摘　　要：目的建立一测多评法同时测定五苓胶囊(泽泻、茯苓、猪苓等)中猪苓酮B、猪苓酮A、白术内酯Ⅲ、白术内酯Ⅰ、泽泻醇F、泽泻醇A、24-乙酰泽泻醇A、23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Polaris C_(18)-A色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.9 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长248、220、208 nm。以白术内酯Ⅰ为内标,计算其他7种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量。结果 8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.99%~100.06%,RSD 0.65%~1.47%,一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近。结论该方法简便准确,可用于五苓胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination of polyporusterone B,polyporusterone A,atracylenolideⅢ,atracylenolideⅠ,alisol F,alisol A,24-acetate alisol A and 23-acetate alisol B in Wuling Capsules(Alismatis Rhizoma,Poria,Polyporus,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25℃thermostatic Agilent Polaris C18-A column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 220,208,248 nm.AtracylenolideⅠwas used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other seven constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 96.99%-100.06%with the RSDs of 0.65%-1.47%.The results obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Wuling Capsules.
