和血明目片联合胞磷胆碱钠对青光眼患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察和血明目片联合胞磷胆碱钠对青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法 92例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组给予胞磷胆碱钠,观察组在对照组基础上加用和血明目片,疗程2个月。检测最佳矫正视力、眼压、视野变化(MD、MS、LV)、视觉诱发电位(P_(100)波振幅、P_(100)潜伏时间)、眼部血流动力学指标(EDV、PSV、RI)、β-EP、PEDF、不良反应发生率变化。结果治疗后,2组最佳矫正视力、MS、P_(100)波振幅、EDV、PSV、PEDF升高(P<0.05),眼压、MD、LV、RI、β-EP降低(P<0.05),P_(100)潜伏时间缩短(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和血明目片联合胞磷胆碱钠可安全有效地提高青光眼患者视力,改善血清β-EP、PEDF水平。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with citicoline sodium on patients with glaucoma.METHODS Ninety-two patients were randomly assigned into control group(46 cases)for 2-month administration of citicoline sodium,and observation group(46 cases)for 2-month administration of both Hexue Mingmu Tablets and citicoline sodium.The changes in best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,visual field changes(MD,MS,LV),visual evoked potentials(amplitude of P_(100) wave,latency time of P_(100)),ocular hemodynamic indicators(EDV,PSV,RI),β-EP,PEDF and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS After the treatment,the two groups displayed increased best corrected visual acuity,MS,amplitude of P_(100) wave,EDV,PSV and PEDF(P<0.05),decreased intraocular pressure,MD,LV,RI andβ-EP(P<0.05),and shortened latency time of P_(100),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with glaucoma,Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with citicoline sodium can safely and effectively enhance visual acuity,and improve serumβ-EP and PEDF levels.
