摘  要:目的研究五味子Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.藤茎中萜类和木脂素类成分。方法五味子藤茎95%乙醇提取物的分析采用HPD-100大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS和HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到13个萜类和8个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为retusenol (1)、schizandrolic acid (2)、cycloartenone (3)、24-methylenecycloartenone (4)、kadsuric acid (5)、nigranoic acid (6)、schizandronic acid (7)、1-methyl-1-(trans-5′-methyl-cis-5′-vinyltetrahydrofuran-r-2′-yl)-ethyl-6-O-α-arabinofuranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (8)、(Z)-1-(5-ethenyl-5-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-1-methylethyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9)、4,9-dihydroxy-4-olide (10)、(R)-p-cymen-9-O-α-D-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (11)、ficumegasoside (12)、6α,9α-dihydroxycadinan-4-en-3-one (13)、(7R,7′S,8R,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxy-7,7′-epoxylignan-4,4′,9-triol (14)、1,2,13,14-tetramethoxy-dibenzocyclooctadiene-3,12-O-β-D-diglucopyranoside (15)、gomisin A (16)、(+)-gomisin M_(2 )(17)、deoxyschizandrin (18)、wuweizisu C (19)、8(R)-hydroxyl-schizandrin (20)、13-norschizandrin (21)。结论化合物1~3、8~10、12、13为首次从五味子属植物中分离得到。AIM To study terpenoids and lignans from the rattan stems of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill..METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from S.chinensis was isolated and purified by HPD-100 macroporous resin,silica,ODS and HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Thirteen terpenoids and eight lignans were isolated and identified as retusenol(1),schizandrolic acid(2),cycloartenone(3),24-methylenecycloartenone(4),kadsuric acid(5),nigranoic acid(6),schizandronic acid(7),1-methyl-1-(trans-5′-methyl-cis-5′-vinyltetrahydrofuran-r-2′-yl)-ethyl-6-O-α-arabinofuranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),(Z)-1-(5-ethenyl-5-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-1-methylethyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),4,9-dihydroxy-4-olide(10),(R)-p-cymen-9-O-α-D-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),ficumegasoside(12),6α,9α-dihydroxycadinan-4-en-3-one(13),(7R,7′S,8R,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxy-7,7′-epoxylignan-4,4′,9-triol(14),1,2,13,14-tetramethoxy-dibenzocyclooctadiene-3,12-O-β-D-diglucopyranoside(15),gomisin A(16),(+)-gomisin M2(17),deoxyschizandrin(18),wuweizisu C(19),8(R)-hydroxyl-schizandrin(20),13-norschizandrin(21).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-3,8-10,12,and 13 are isolated from genus Schisandra for the first time.
