摘　　要：高等院校专业文献资源库建设是品牌专业创建的重要基础,具有保障性、筑基式的意义。目前新兴专业馆藏文献资料库建设主要存在量少质低、经费不足、供需不符、比例失调等问题,难以满足专业建设内涵式高质量发展。这些问题的产生有前期基础薄弱、购置价格飙升、协调沟通不足、专业素质欠缺等原因。对此,高等院校应转变观念、重视投入,采取强化管理、合理配置、畅通渠道、重点扶持、绿色采购等措施,强化新兴专业文献资料库建设,促进专业教学及科研水平的提升。The construction of professional literature resource base in institutions of higher learning is an important foundation for the establishment of brand specialty,which has the significance of guarantee and foundation building.At present,there are many problems in the construction of new professional collection literature database,such as low quantity and quality,insufficient funds,inconsistent supply and demand,imbalance of proportion and so on.So,it is difficult to meet the high-quality development of professional construction.These problems are caused by weak foundation,soaring purchase price,insufficient coordination and communication,and lack of professional quality.Institutions of higher learning should change their ideas,attach importance to investment,take measures such as strengthening management,reasonable allocation,unblocking channels,key support,green procurement and so on.In order to promote the level of professional teaching and scientific research,institutions of higher learning should carry out the construction of new professional literature database.
