摘　　要：目前我国传统的人才培养模式已经不适应现在的医院发展进程,并且在当今医院的实际发展进程中,人才建设模式已经受到了广泛的关注与重视,为了更好地发挥行政管理人员的工作职能,最大程度地实现医院行政管理的预期目标,建设行政管理队伍需要相关机构予以足够重视,加上科学的管理培养模式,力求为临床医疗工作提供高质量、全面的基础服务。At present,the traditional talent training model in our country is no longer suitable for the current hospital development process,and in the actual development process of today’s hospitals,the talent development model has received extensive attention and attention,in order to give better play to the work of administrative staff,to achieve the expected goals of the hospital’s administrative management to the greatest extent,the construction of the administrative management team requires sufficient attention from relevant institutions,coupled with a scientific management training model,and strive to provide high-quality,comprehensive basic services for clinical medical work.
