摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市医疗机构临床输血服务现状,为加强临床输血质量管理提供依据。方法通过现场查看和病历评价对芜湖市58家医院(三级医院4家,二级医院26家,专科及二级以下医院28家)临床输血现况从组织管理、资源配置、血液管理、输血检测、输血治疗5方面进行评估,采取百分制进行评价和统计分析。结果各级医院临床输血评估平均得分率68%,病历评价平均得分(80.40±17.87)分。结论芜湖市各级医院间临床输血服务体系建设和规范输血存在一定差异,重点要加强专科和二级及以下医院临床输血服务体系建设和输血质量管理。Objective To understand the current status of clinical blood transfusion services in medical institutions in Wuhu City,and provide a basis for strengthening the quality management of clinical blood transfusion.Methods The clinical blood transfusion status of 58 hospitals in Wuhu City(4 tertiary hospitals,26 secondary hospitals,28 specialists and below secondary hospitals)was analyzed through on-site inspection and medical record evaluation from organizational management,resource allocation,blood management,and blood transfusion testing and blood transfusion treatment were evaluated,and a percentile system was adopted for evaluation and statistical analysis.Results The average score rate of clinical blood transfusion evaluation in hospitals at all levels was 68%,and the average score of medical record evaluation was(80.40±17.87)points.Conclusion There are certain differences in the clinical blood transfusion service system construction and standardization of blood transfusion among hospitals at all levels in Wuhu City.The focus should be on strengthening the clinical blood transfusion service system construction and blood transfusion quality management in specialized and secondary hospitals.
