全面从严治党视域下加强公立医院基层党组织建设的路径研究

摘　　要：公立医院是践行党的卫生健康工作方针,体现党的为民宗旨的公益性单位。全面从严治党背景下,公立医院要着力优化基层党组织建设路径,不断完善工作机制,不断创新工作方式,进一步强化政治和服务“双重功能”,不断增强基层党组织的组织力、向心力、战斗力,构建横纵交织、上下联动的党建引领新格局,以党建有力促进医院高质量发展。Public hospitals are public welfare units that implement the Party's health work policy and embody the Party's purpose of serving the people.Under the background of comprehensive and strict governance of the party,public hospitals must focus on optimizing the path of grassroots party organization construction,constantly improving working mechanisms,constantly innovating working methods,further strengthening the"dual function"of politics and service,and continuously enhance the organizational power,centripetal force and combat power of grass-roots party organizations,build a new pattern of horizontal and vertical intertwining,up and down linkage of party building to lead the hospital to promote high-quality development.
