手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的效果。方法BPPV患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用手法复位治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗2周后患者的眩晕分级、症状改善情况[前庭症状指数(VSI评分)]及平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS评分)]。结果观察组总有效率为96.3%,高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组患者的眩晕分级优于对照组(P<0.01),VSI评分低于对照组,BBS评分高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论手法复位治疗BPPV疗效显著,能减轻眩晕,改善症状,提高患者的平衡能力。Objective To investigate the effect of manual reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods A total of 160 cases of BPPV were selected and divided into the Control Group and Observation Group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The Control Group received routine intervention while the Observation Group was treated with manual reduction on the basis of the routine intervention.The efficacy,dizziness grade,symptom improvement[vestibular symptom index(VSI score)]and balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS score)]of patients after 2 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Observation Group was 96.3%,which was higher than that of the Control Group(85.0%)(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the vertigo grade of the Observation Group was superior to that of the Control Group(P<0.01);the VSI score of the Observation Group was lower than that of the Control Group,and the BBS score of the Observation Group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Manual reduction has obvious curative effect in the treatment of BPPV.It can reduce dizziness,improve symptoms and improve balance ability.
