摘　　要：报道1例成人供同种异体肺儿童肺移植术后护理要点。该患儿由儿科和ICU医护团队共同管理,通过制订一系列措施,让患儿顺利渡过急性排斥、感染关,术后第20天顺利转出ICU。对肺移植患儿,需要给予科学规范的护理措施,加强术后心理护理,有利于患儿康复,缩短入住ICU时间。This paper reported the main points of postoperative nursing care for a child with adult lung allograft transplantation.The child was jointly managed by the pediatric and ICU medical teams.Through the development of a series of measures,the child successfully passed the acute rejection and infection periods,and was transferred out of ICU on the 20th day after operation.For children with lung transplantation,scientific and standardized nursing measures should be given,which was conducive to the recovery and shortened the ICU stay.
