自拟化瘀通便汤治疗中老年慢性传输型便秘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟化瘀通便汤治疗中老年慢性传输型便秘(STC)的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的60例中老年STC患者作为研究对象,按随机双盲法将其分为治疗组(n=30,自拟化瘀通便汤)与对照组(n=30,麻仁润肠丸)。比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状及体征评分、粪便性状。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项临床症状及体征评分和总分均降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组粪便正常率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论自拟化瘀通便汤治疗中老年STC的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,恢复粪便性状,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huayu Tongbian decoction in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly slow transit constipation(STC).Methods A total of 60 middle-aged and elderly STC patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into treatment group(n=30,self-made Huayu Tongbian decoction)and control group(n=30,Maren Runchang pill)according to random double-blind method.The treatment effect,clinical symptom and sign scores,and stool characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom and sign scores and total score in the two groups reduced,and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal rate of stool in the treatment group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huayu Tongbian decoction in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly STC has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and restore the stool characteristics,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
