摘 要:目的探讨多元化健康教育对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)患者健康行为和自我管理能力的影响。方法将100例HLAP患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在对照组基础上给予多元化健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,干预组SAS、SDS评分、疾病相关知识知晓度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的治疗依从性评分及总分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,干预组的健康信念、自我管理能力及健康促进生活方式行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育能有效减轻HLAP患者的心理负担,提升患者的健康信念、自我管理能力及健康促进生活方式行为,并提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of diversified health education on health behavior and self-management ability in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP).Methods A total of 100 patients with HLAP were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given diversified health education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and awareness of disease-related knowledge in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance scores and total score and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of health belief,self-management ability and health promotion lifestyle behavior in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients with HLAP,improve the health belief,self-management ability,health promotion lifestyle behavior and nursing satisfaction.
