摘　　要：目的:研究赣南地区健康人瞬目反射的正常值。方法:采用日本光电公司MEB-9404C肌电诱发电位仪,检测96例正常人瞬目反射的各项参数。结果:健康人瞬目反射各参数左右侧、性别、年龄及R2与R2’对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。瞬目反射各参数:R1潜伏期为(9.77±0.66)ms;R2或R2’潜伏期为(30.52±3.24)ms;R2或R2’时限为(44.31±7.58)ms。结论:瞬目反射各参数的正常界限值:R1潜伏期上限为12 ms;R2或R2’潜伏期上限为40 ms;R2或R2’时限的下限为22 ms。两侧R1的潜伏期差值应<1.4 ms;两侧R2或R2’的潜伏期差值均应<7 ms;刺激一侧所得R2及R2’潜伏期差值应<4 ms。Objective:To study the normal range of blink reflex in healthy population.Methods:Parameters of blink reflex of 96 healthy volunteers were detected by MEB-9404 c EMG machine.Results:There was no significant difference between the left and right sides,sex,age,R2 and R2’of blink reflex in normal subjects(P>0.05).The mean±standard deviation of each parameter of blink reflex were shown as follows:R1 latency was 9.77±0.66 ms.R2 or R2’latency was 30.52±3.24 ms.R2 or R2’duration was 44.31±7.58 ms.Conclusion:R1 latency of normal person should not exceed 12 ms,R2 or R2’latency of normal person should not be greater than 40 ms,R2 or R2’duration should not be less than 22 ms.The difference between the latency of R1 on both sides should be less than 1.4 ms,The latency difference between R2 or R2’on both sides should be less than 7 ms,the latency difference between R2 and R2’obtained on the stimulation side should be less than 4 ms.
