摘 要:为了研究冻融环境下裂隙岩体注浆固结体力学性能的变化规律,对类岩石预制裂隙试样及其注浆固结体开展不同循环次数的饱水冻融试验,对特定冻融次数(0次、5次、10次、20次、40次及60次)下的试样进行单轴压缩试验和同步VIC-3D观测。试验结果表明:(1)随冻融循环次数增加,裂隙试样及注浆固结体的质量均先增后减,并伴随有表面龟裂及片落,但注浆周围的剥落现象轻微。(2)裂隙试样及固结体受荷破坏过程中均先后出现翼形裂纹,并伴有次生裂纹,但固结体破坏时,翼裂纹启裂位置由裂隙尖端向中部偏移。(3)注浆固结体的单轴抗压强度和残余强度随冻融次数的增加持续降低,但均大于相应冻融次数下裂隙试样。上述研究结果对寒区注浆工程的科学施工以及寒区注浆后工程的长期养护具有参考意义。In order to study the change law of mechanical properties of fissure samples grouting consolidated bodies under freeze-thaw environment,Water-saturated freeze-thaw test with different cycle times on rock-like prefabricated fissure samples and their grouting consolidated bodies,uniaxial compression tests and simultaneous VIC-3D observations were performed on samples with specific freeze-thaw cycles(0,5,10,20,40 and 60 times).The results showed that:(1)With the increase in the number of freeze-thaw cycles,the quality of the fractured sample and the grouting consolidated body first increases and then decreases,accompanied by surface cracks and flaking,but the peeling phenomenon around the grouting is slight.(2)Wing cracks and secondary cracks appeared successively during the loaded failure process of the consolidated body and the fractured samples,but when the consolidated body was damaged,the wing crack initiation position shifted from the tip of the crack to the middle.(3)The uniaxial compressive strength and residual strength of the grouting consolidated body continued to decrease with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,but both were greater than the fractured specimens.The research results have guiding significance for the scientific construction of grouting projects in cold areas and the long-term maintenance of the projects after grouting in cold areas.
