摘  要:利用3D打印技术,构建了具有特定细观结构的轻质随机蜂窝柱壳结构,研究了该蜂窝柱壳及其夹芯圆管结构的准静态轴向压溃性能,分析了芯层细观结构参数和内外管的几何参数组合对夹芯圆管结构压溃性能的影响。结果表明,随机蜂窝夹芯圆管结构外管变形模式受到内外管的几何尺寸和蜂窝芯层细观结构参数的影响,芯层与管壁之间的相互作用增强了结构的吸能性能。通过对随机蜂窝芯层细观结构参数和内外管组合的控制,能够影响夹芯结构在压溃过程中芯层与管壁间相互作用的强度,从而改变其宏观力学性能表现。本文利用3D技术构筑细观结构可控的轻质蜂窝芯层结构旨在为轻质高性能的耗能元件设计提供思路。The lightweight randomly honeycomb cylindrical structures with desired meso-architectures were manufactured additively by using 3D printing technology.The crushing performance of the randomly honeycomb cylindrical structures and that of the sandwich circular tubes under quasi-static compression were studied experimentally.The influence of the meso-architectures of the honeycomb core and the geometries of the inner and the outer tubes on the crashworthiness of the honeycomb sandwich structures was analyzed.Results show that the deformation mode of the outer tube of the random honeycomb sandwich structures is affected by the combined size of the inner and outer tubes,and the configurations of the honeycomb core structure.The interaction between the honeycomb core and the tubes can enhance the energy absorption capacity of honeycomb sandwich structures with different levels for the combination of the constituted members.By controlling the mesostructural parameters of the random honeycomb cylindrical shell structures and the combination of tubes,the interaction between the core and the tubes may be affected during the crushing process of the honeycomb sandwich structures,which determines the mechanical performance at macroscopic scale.The concept of tailoring mesostructures of honeycomb core structures in conjunction with additive manufacturing process aims to provide guide to design the light-weight and efficient energy-consuming components.
