摘　　要：问题导向自然资源统计监测评价系统建设要坚持技术领先、性能良好、功能齐备、节约资金的理念,考虑系统的实用、安全、后续发展等因素。在实践中应结合设计思路、体系结构、设计路线等,在监测评价及辅助决策系统、统计分析报告、自然资源评价等方面进行思考。The problem oriented how to combined with the construction path of statistics monitoring system of natural resources,natural resources information and the achievement of government system,to find out the key problems and the guiding ideology and principles of solving the problems.That is,must take into account the practicality,standardization,safety,expandability and other factors of the system while doing the system building.Always adhere to the concept construction of technical advanced,the reliability of performance,the functional perfection,economizing construction investment and so on.In practice,combined with the design ideas,architecture,design routes and other programs in the application.Thinking deeply in monitoring,evaluation and auxiliary decision-making system,statistical analysis reports,land and resources evaluation and other aspects of the application trend.
