中药倒模疗法治疗湿热瘀型慢性盆腔痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评估中药倒模疗法对湿热瘀型慢性盆腔痛患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年9月至2020年9月期间收治的72例湿热瘀型慢性盆腔痛患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组36例,年龄(34.5±3.3)岁,内服自拟炎五方合少腹逐淤汤加减治疗;试验组36例,年龄(34.1±4.2)岁,在对照组的基础上加用中药倒模疗法。2周为1个疗程,两组连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、生活质量评分、临床症状消失时间。结果试验组治疗有效率为94.44%(34/36),对照组治疗有效率为63.89%(23/36),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组[心理状态:(85.52±2.47)分比(71.66±3.54)分,活动能力:(86.23±2.05)分比(75.32±1.22)分,自理能力:(90.19±2.36)分比(76.32±2.43)分,健康水平:(87.44±1.68)分比(75.29±1.41)分,均P<0.05]。试验组患者的子宫压痛消失时间、附件区压痛消失时间、腰骶部酸痛下坠消失时间均较对照组更短[分别为(5.18±1.13)d比(7.46±0.72)d、(7.96±0.19)d比(9.63±0.83)、(10.08±0.44)d比(12.53±0.62)d,均P<0.05]。结论对慢性盆腔痛患者进行中药倒模疗法能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,值得在临床中应用和推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of reversing model therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic pelvic pain of dampness-heat stasis type.Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic pelvic pain of dampness-heat stasis type admitted to our hospital from September,2017 to September,2020 were selected and were divided into a control group and an experimental group by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group were(34.5±3.3)years old,and were treated with self-simulating Yanwufang and Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.The experimental group were(34.1±4.2)years old,and additionally treated with reversing model therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Two weeks was a treatment course.The two groups were treated for two courses continuously.The treatment effective rates,life quality scores,and times of clinical symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%(34/36),and that of the control group was 63.89%(23/36)(P<0.05).The scores of psychological status,activity ability,self-care ability,and health level were higher in the experimental group than in the control group[(85.52±2.47)vs.(71.66±3.54),(86.23±2.05)vs.(75.32±1.22),(90.19±2.36)vs.(76.32±2.43),and(87.44±1.68)vs.(75.29±1.41),all P<0.05].The disappearance times of uterine tenderness,adnexal tenderness,and lumbosacral soreness in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group[(5.18±1.13)d vs.(7.46±0.72)d,(7.96±0.19)d vs.(9.63±0.83)d,and(10.08±0.44)d vs.(12.53±0.62)d,all P<0.05].Conclusion Reversing model therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic pelvic pain of dampness-heat stasis type can effectively improve the treatment effect,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
