摘　　要：煤浆制备单元利用煤和水及添加剂,通过磨煤机制备成水煤浆,为后续煤气化装置提供反应原料。本文结合工程经验,以某煤浆制备装置为例,从设备布置和管道布置两个方面进行分析探讨,阐述煤浆制备装置布置的设计思路和一些注意事项。The coal slurry preparation unit uses coal, water and additives to prepare coal water slurry through a coal mill to provide reaction raw materials for subsequent coal gasification unit. Based on engineering experience, this paper takes a coal slurry preparation unit as an example, analyzes and discusses two aspects of equipment layout and piping layout, and expounds the design ideas and some precautions for the layout of coal slurry preparation unit.
