摘　　要：合成氨项目中常发生氨冷凝器在运行短期后发生泄漏失效的情况,本文针对某项目中氨冷凝器在试车、检修中发现的管接头处泄漏和整体的腐蚀现象进行描述和分析,对后续类似设备的设计、制造和运行给出建议措施。In ammonia projects,leakage and failure of the ammonia condenser often occur after a short period of operation.This paper describes and analyzes the leakage of the pipe joints and overall corrosion found during the commissioning and maintenance of the ammonia condenser in a certain project,and the suggestions for the subsequent design,manufacture and operation of similar equipment are given.
