摘　　要：目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月至2018年7月该院初诊MM患者40例作为MM组,同时选择健康体检者18例作为对照组,比较2组血清IL-6、IL-10、β2-MG水平。结果化疗前,MM组血清IL-6、IL-10、β2-MG水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MM组中,不同分期患者血清IL-6、IL-10、β2-MG水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MM组化疗前血清IL-6、IL-10、β2-MG水平显著高于化疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-6、IL-10和β2-MG可以作为MM肿瘤负荷、疾病临床分期的参考指标,用于评估近期临床疗效,且上述指标测定简单、快速、易操作,易于被临床采纳应用。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10 andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)levels in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods From January 2015 to July 2018,40 patients with newly diagnosed MM in the hospital were selected as MM group,and 18 healthy people were selected as control group.The serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 andβ2-MG were compared between the two groups.Results Before chemotherapy,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 andβ2-MG in the MM group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the MM group,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 andβ2-MG were significantly different in different stages(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,IL-10 andβ2-MG in the MM group before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IL-6,IL-10 andβ2-MG can be used as the reference indexes of tumor load and clinical stage of MM,and can be used to evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy.The determination of these indexes is simple,rapid,easy to operate,and easy to be adopted and applied in clinic.
