摘  要:通过测定不同播种方式(菱形播种、垂直播种、条播和撒播方式)下紫花苜蓿和杂草的有机碳、全氮、总磷含量及化学计量比,探索鲁东南地区不同播种方式下苜蓿-杂草生态化学计量特征的差异。结果表明,垂直播种方式相较于菱形播种、条播和撒播可降低杂草生物量。菱形和垂直播种处理下苜蓿(Medicago sativa)的碳氮比、杂草的碳磷比和氮磷比显著高于条播和撒播处理(P<0.05)。不同播种方式下,灰绿藜(Chenopodium glaucum)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、苜蓿的碳磷比与氮磷比均为显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。综上所述,菱形播种下苜蓿生长受氮限制,垂直播种下灰绿藜及稗草、马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)生长分别易受磷和氮限制。垂直播种可作为鲁东南地区较适宜的苜蓿播种方式。The differences of ecological stoichiometric characteristics of alfalfa and weeds in Southeast Shandong province were studied by measuring the organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus content and stoichiometric ratio of alfalfa and weeds using different sowing methods(rhombic,vertical,strip-shaped and broadcast sowing).The results showed that the biomass of weeds under vertical sowing treatment was lower than other treatments.The carbon to nitrogen ratio of alfalfa,and the ratio of carbon to phosphorus and nitrogen to phosphorus of weeds under the rhombic and vertical sowing treatments were significantly higher than those under the strip-shaped and broadcast sowing treatments(P<0.05).Under different sowing methods,the carbon-phosphorus ratio and the nitrogen-phosphorus ratio of Chenopodium glaucum,Echinochloa crusgalli and alfalfa were all positively correlated(P<0.05).In conclusion,the growth of alfalfa under rhombic sowing treatment was restricted by nitrogen,and the growth of C.glaucum,E.crusgalli and D.sanguinalis under vertical sowing treatment was restricted by phosphorus(for C.glaucum)and nitrogen(for E.crusgalli and D.sanguinalis),respectively.Therefore,vertical sowing can be used as a more suitable planting mode for alfalfa in the southeast of Shandong province.
