摘  要:为研究沥滤预处理对玉米残余物(玉米秱秆和玉米芯)结构、反应性能和动力学的影响,通过热重分析仪考察了生物质的反应特性,包括热解反应和气化反应,并对生物质的理化结构迚行分析,包括晶格度、主要官能团和碳晶结构。结果表明,在N_(2)和CO_(2)气氛中,生物质热解反应特性类似,主要由其组成和反应温度决定。沥滤可除去生物质中的部分无机物和有机物,比如半纤维、果胶等。沥滤生物质热解的稳定性增强,而生物质焦的气化活性降低。最后,分段分析了CO_(2)气氛中生物质的热解和气化活化能的变化。In this work,the effect of leaching pretreatment on structure and reactivity of corn residues(corn straw and corncob)were studied.The reactivity was investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer,including the pyrolysis and gasification.The physicochemical structure was analyzed,including the crystalline,functional group and carbon structure.The results showed that the biomass pyrolysis was mainly determined by the composition of biomass and the reaction temperature,while the reaction atmosphere had little effect.The leaching pretreatment can partially remove the inorganics and organics,such as the hemicellulose,pectin,etc.The pyrolysis stability of leached biomass was enhanced,whereas the gasification reactivity was reduced.The activation energy for biomass pyrolysis and gasification under CO_(2) atmosphere were piecewise analyzed.
