益气聪明汤合通气散配合纳甲法针刺治疗体虚耳鸣

摘　　要：益气聪明汤,出自《东垣试效方》卷五,方中重用黄芪益脾气升中阳,用于脾阳不足、清阳不升、肾之邪火内扰所致的耳鸣、目花,具有益气聪耳明目、升阳滋肾之效。笔者以益气聪明汤合通气散配合纳甲法针刺,通过三个典型医案总结体会益气聪明汤合通气散配合纳甲法针刺在体虚耳鸣治疗中的运用。Yiqi Congming Decoction, from Volume 5 of Dongyuan Trial Efficacy Formula, uses Astragalus membranaceus to benefit spleen and Qi to promote middle Yang. It is used for tinnitus and dizziness caused by deficiency of spleen Yang, failure of lucid Yang and internal disturbance of kidney pathogenic fire. It has the functions of supplementing Qi, hearing, eyesight, rising Yang and nourishing kidneys. Through three typical medical cases, the author has summarized the application of Yiqi Congming Decoction, Tongqi Powder and Day-prescription of Acupoints in the treatment of tinnitus due to body deficiency.
