十四味当归活血合剂的薄层鉴别及含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的:建立十四味当归活血合剂的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中当归、续断进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLT)测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,专属性强,分离度好。HPLC法测定结果,芍药苷在浓度在0.001336~0.04276mg/ml与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率98.0%,RSD为0.95%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简单、准确,专属性和耐用性良好,可有效控制十四味当归活血合剂的质量。Objective: To set up the method of the thin-layer chromatography identification and content determination for Shisiwei Danggui Huoxue Mixture. Methods: Radix Angelicae Sinensisand Radix Dipsaciwere identified by TLC. The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by RP-HPLC. Results: The spots in the TLC were fairly clear, and no interference was shown in the blank samples. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.001336~0.04276 mg/ml(r=0.9996). The average rate of recovery was 98.0%(RSD 0.95%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with good specificity and reproducibility, which could be used for quality control of Shisiwei Danggui Huoxue Mixture.
