中药清咽润肺茶治疗慢性单纯性咽炎(肺热阴伤证)临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清咽润肺袋泡茶治疗肺热阴伤证慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入66例肺热阴伤证慢性咽炎患者,采取自身前后对照的研究方法,入组患者予清咽润肺袋泡茶治疗28天,开水冲泡,频饮,每日1袋,28天后进行治疗前后慢性咽炎症状积分、疗效比较,3个月后观察复发率。结果:清咽润肺袋泡茶可改善慢性咽炎患者的症状积分,差异有显著统计学意义,显效率及有效率为80.3%,3个月内复发率为4.5%,结论:清咽润肺袋泡茶对慢性咽炎起到了很好的治疗及预防作用,值得在临床工作中推广运用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Qingyan Runfei Teabags in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with lung-heat and Yin-injury syndrome.Methods:66 cases of chronic pharyngitis with lung-heat and Yin-injury syndrome.Self-controlled method was used in the research.The patients were treated with Qingyan Runfei Teabags for 28 days,boiled water brewing,frequent drinking,1 bag per day,28 days after treatment of chronic pharyngitis symptom score,curative effect comparison,3 months later observed recurrence rate were observed.Results:Qingyan Runfei Teabags could improve the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis,the difference was statistically significant,the significant efficiency and effective rate was 80.3%,and the recurrence rate was 4.5%within three months.Conclusion:Qingyan Runfei Teabags has played a very good role in chronic pharyngitis treatment and prevention,and it is worth promoting in clinical work.
