摘　　要：为适应智能制造业对机床加工环境提出的高要求,针对已有产品功能单一问题,基于TRIZ理论的多功能性原理、分割原理和动态性原理,设计了一种集铁屑清扫、回收与打包、润滑功能于一体的设备。本产品人力轻松即可驱动,可折叠,便于携带,占空间小,体现了绿色环保、节约、安全的设计理念,为智能制造企业、高校实训区严格执行9S管理标准提供有效工具。In order to meet the high requirements of the intelligent manufacturing industry for the machining environment of machine tools,aiming at the single function of existing products,based on the multi-functional principle,segmentation principle and dynamic principle of TRIZ theory,it designs a device that integrates iron filings cleaning,recycling and packing,and lubrication.This product is easy to drive,foldable,portable,and takes up a small space.It embodies the design concept of environmental protection,saving and safety,and provides an effective tool for intelligent manufacturing enterprises and college training areas to strictly implement 9S management standards.
