摘　　要：目的对应急医学救援批量伤病员救治的模型研究进行系统评价,分析批量伤病员救治模型研究的现状,为时效救治提供依据。方法通过检索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science数据库2000年至2020年6月的应急医学救援批量伤病员模型研究,对研究背景、数据来源、建模方法、模型评价、应用范围及优缺点进行系统评价与分析。结果最终纳入17项应急医学救援模型研究,研究内容主要包括自然灾害、公共卫生事件、军事行动等3类。模型数据主要来源于真实案例或模拟数据;建模方法涉及统计模型、仿真模拟等。各批量伤员救治模型应用范围和特点不同。结论应急医学救援批量伤病员救治的模型研究涉及范围广、模型及应用特点多样。通过系统评价与分析,为应急医学救援模型研究和批量伤病员救治实践提供参考。Objective To systematically evaluate the model research of emergency medical rescue for mass casualty incidents,analyze the current status of research on mass casualty incidents models,and provide a basis for time-effective treatment.Methods By searching PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Sciences emergency medical rescue for mass casualty incidents model research as of June 2020,systematic evaluation and analysis of the research back⁃ground,data sources,modeling methods,model evaluation,application scope and advantages and disadvantages were evaluated and analyzed.Results 17 emergency medical rescue model researches were included,and the re⁃search mainly included 3 types of natural disasters,public health incidents,and military operations.Model data were mainly derived from real cases or simulation data;modeling methods involved statistical models,simulations,etc.The application scope and characteristics of different mass casualty incidents models were different.Conclusion The model research of emergency medical rescue for mass casualty incidents covers a wide range,and the model and application characteristics are diverse.Through systematic evaluation and analysis,it provides reference for the research of emergency medical rescue model and the practice of mass casualty incidents.
