摘　　要：目的通过平战时周围血管创伤腔内快速救护的临床实践经验,结合卫勤分队战创伤救护流程,推演性探索战时周围血管创伤的快速救护策略。方法采用回顾性分析法选取2016年1月—2020年6月军队某三甲医院救治的32例周围血管创伤伤员作为研究对象,收集所有伤员的临床资料,采用腔内微创快速修复技术同时结合战创伤救护流程进行快速救护。结果32例周围血管创伤伤员均得到有效救护,四肢主要血管均得到重建,血流通畅,无围术期死亡及相关并发症发生。结论血管腔内修复技术手术时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少且安全性能较高,结合战创伤救护流程能够为战时血管创伤的快速救护提供实践经验和技术保障。Objective Based on the clinical experience of intra-cavity rapid rescue for peripheral vascular trauma in peacetime and wartime,and in combination with the rescue procedures of medical service detachment in wartime,the authors explored the rapid rescue strategies for peripheral vascular trauma in wartime.Methods In this study,32 patients with peripheral vascular trauma treated in a 3A military hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research object using retrospective analysis method,and the clinical data of all the woun⁃ded on the bed were collected.The endoluminal minimally invasive rapid repair technology combined with the war trauma rescue process was used for rapid rescue.Results All the 32 cases of peripheral vascular trauma were ef⁃fectively rescued,and the main vessels of the four limbs were reconstructed.The blood flow was unobstructed,and there was no perioperative death and related complications.Conclusion Endovascular repair has the advantages of short operation time,small trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,few complications and high safety performance.Combined with the war trauma rescue process,it can provide practical experience and technical support for the rap⁃id rescue of wartime vascular trauma.
