摘　　要：目的总结某次百人特大批量伤员救治演练,优化救治流程。方法设置100名不同类型的战伤标准伤员,限定280名医护及相关人员组织救治,包括优化前接、现场急救、分类、院内规范化救治、分流等流程。结果人员编组合理、场地布置规范、物资准备充分,整个救治过程快速有序、安全高效。结论优化科学合理的特大批量伤员救治流程,为建立全方位无缝隙卫勤保障体系提供参考。Objective To summarize the drill of rescue for 100 wounded soldiers and optimize the rescue process.Methods 100 standard wounded persons with different types of war injuries were included in the rescue drill,and 280 medical and nursing personnel and related personnel were responsible for the treatment organization,which included optimizing the process of front-end,on-site first aid,classification,standardized treatment in hos⁃pital,diversion and so on.Results The personnel organization was reasonable,the site layout was standardized,the materials were fully prepared,and the whole treatment process was fast,orderly,safe and efficient.Conclusion Scientific and reasonable treatment process of large quantities of the wounded provide a reference for the estab⁃lishment of an all-round seamless medical support system.
