摘  要:为实现滚珠直线导轨副的高效装配,提出快速测量滚道中径参数计算预紧摩擦力的方法。首先分析导轨副的滑块和导轨滚道的中径偏差、滚珠直径偏差与接触角、滚道间距的关系,建立导轨副滚道中径偏差与滚道间距的关系模型;其次根据变形接触理论研究滚道中径偏差对导轨副预紧摩擦力的影响;然后设计导轨副中径检测系统测量滚道中径,利用预紧摩擦力测量系统测量导轨副中径偏差和滚珠直径偏差影响下的预紧摩擦力。测量结果与理论的最大偏差为6.89%,精度满足要求。最后对同规格不同批次的导轨和滑块在中径误差测量的基础上完成滚珠匹配,产品的预紧摩擦力都在设计范围内,验证高效装配方案的可行性。In order to realize the efficient assembly of the ball linear guide,a method of fast measuring the pitch diameter parameter of the raceway and calculating the preloading friction was proposed.Firstly,the relationship between the pitch diameter deviation of slider and raceway,the ball diameter deviation and contact angle,raceway spacing was analyzed,and the relationship model between the pitch diameter deviation and raceway spacing was established.Secondly,according to the deformation contact theory,the influence of raceway pitch diameter deviation on the pre tightening friction force of the guide pair was studied;then,the track pitch diameter detection system was designed to measure the raceway pitch diameter,and the preloading friction force under the influence of the guide pair pitch diameter deviation and ball diameter deviation was measured by the pre tightening friction force measurement system.The maximum deviation between the measurement results and the theory is 6.89%,and the accuracy meets the requirements.Finally,the ball matching is completed on the basis of the measurement of the pitch diameter error for different batches of guide rails and sliders of the same specification.The pre tightening friction force of the products is within the design range,which verifies the feasibility of the efficient assembly scheme.
