摘　　要：目的调查云南X射线摄影所致受检者的入射体表剂量(ESD)水平,为制定适合我国居民体质特征的受检者医疗照射指导水平提供基础数据支持。方法 2017年选取云南省昆明、玉溪、德宏、西双版纳4个州(市)6家不同级别医疗卫生机构,采用热释光剂量测量方法调查不同类型设备和不同照射部位受检者的ESD。结果普通X射线摄影(屏片摄影)、数字化X射线摄影(DR)受检者ESD范围分别为0.51~18.04、0.02~125.52 mGy;胸部后前位(PA)、胸部侧位(LAT)、颈椎前后位(AP)、颈椎LAT、腰椎AP、腰椎LAT、骨盆AP ESD范围分别为0.02~0.86、0.09~3.48、0.02~2.74、0.02~3.56、0.36~27.84、0.39~125.52、0.74~17.10 mGy。结论除DR胸部PA、屏片摄影胸部PA和LAT外,受检者其余部位ESD均未超过国家标准中的医疗照射指导水平。Objective To investigate the entrance surface dose(ESD) to the examined patients from X-ray radiography in Yunnan,provide basic data for formulating guidance level of medical exposure dose of the examinees,which is suitable for our national physical characteristics. Methods In 2007,six medical institutions of different levels in four prefectures(cities) of Kunming,Yuxi,Dehong and Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province were selected to investigate the ESD of patients with different equipment and different exposure positions by thermoluminescencedosimetry. Results The ESD of patients from X-ray photography(screenfilm radiography) and digital radiography(DR) were in the range of 0.51-18.04 and 0.02-125.52 mGy,respectively. The ESD range of chest posteroanterior projection(PA),chest lateral position(LAT),cervical vertebra anterior posterior position(AP),cervical vertebra LAT,lumbar vertebra AP,lumbar vertebra LAT and pelvis AP was 0.02-0.86,0.09-3.48,0.02-2.74,0.02-3.56,0.36-27.84,0.39-125.52 and 0.74-17.10 mGy,respectively. Conclusion Except DR of chest PA and and screen-film radiography of chest PA and LAT,the ESD of other parts of examined patients do not exceed the medical exposure guidance level of national standards.
