摘  要:目的探讨微波消解-双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定水生蔬菜中总砷和总汞含量的分析方法。方法以硝酸为消解液,样品经微波消解处理后稀释定容,在已优化好的双道原子荧光光谱仪工作条件下,以硼氢化钠作为还原剂,硝酸为酸性介质,上机进行样品分析,通过标准曲线计算含量。结果各元素在其线性范围内,线性关系良好(r≥0.999 3),其检出限分别是1.07μg/kg(总砷)和0.76μg/kg(总汞),相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.26%,加标回收率在93.2%~107.6%之间。结论该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、有良好的重现性及稳定性,适用于水生蔬菜中总砷和总汞含量的测定。Objective To explore the method for the simultaneous determination of total arsenic and total mercury in aquatic vegetables by microwave digestion-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Under the optimized working conditions of dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer,the samples were analyzed with sodium borohydride as reducing agent and nitric acid as acid medium,and the content was calculated by standard curve. Results The method showed good linearity(r≥0.999 3) in the range of each element,and the detection limit was 1.07 μg/kg(total arsenic) and 0.76 μg/kg( total mercury),the relative standard deviation(RSD) was ≤5.26%,and the recoveries were between 93.2% and 107.6%.Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate,with high sensitivity and better reproducibility and stability,which is suitable for the determination of total arsenic and total mercury in aquatic vegetable.
