摘　　要：中尼两国在经济结构和发展战略上具有较强的互补性和协调性,这使得产能合作成为中尼命运共同体的实践平台和现实抓手。作为“一带一路”沿线的国家之一,尼泊尔作为中国产能合作伙伴国具有一系列比较优势,包括有待开发的自然资源、潜在的人口红利和市场空间、优越的区位优势、中尼长期的政治互信和良好的合作基础等等。中尼产能合作的重点领域包括农业和农资产业、基础设施及建材产业、传统医药产业、旅游业、信息和通信技术、光伏产业等。要夯实中尼命运共同体的产能合作平台,须注意防范来自尼泊尔、印度和中方企业等多方面因素导致的风险。Based on the complementarity and coordination of economic structure and development strategy,productivity cooperation between China and Nepal is an important platform and practical grasp for building community of common destiny.As a key small country along China's One Belt and One Road Initiative,Nepal has a series of comparative advantages to be a partner of China's productive capacity,such as rich natural resources to be developed,potential demographic dividend and market space,special regional advantages,long-term political mutual trust and good cooperation foundation.The key investment areas include agriculture and agricultural materials industry,infrastructure construction,traditional medicine industry,tourism,information and communication technology,photovoltaic industry,etc.In order to consolidate the production capacity cooperation platform of the community of shared destiny,we must pay attention to prevent a number of risks from Nepal,India and Chinese enterprises.
