摘 要:本试验主要研究模拟重齿小蠹虫源对原木的侵染,观察评测不同数量,不同来源,不同条件下重齿小蠹虫源对木材的侵染能力(侵染力)。数据结果表明:定量虫源的侵染力与其成虫对数呈正相关;一定数量的重齿小蠹虫源不一定可以成功繁殖下一代,而携带重齿小蠹的材源可以成功侵染健康材繁殖下一代;重齿小蠹材源侵染力最强,其次为定量虫源侵染力,累积虫源侵染力最弱。The study was designed to simulate the infestation of logs by bark beetle,Ips duplicatus Sahalberg,and to observe and evaluate the infectivity under different quantity of insect,different sources and different conditions.The results of the simulation experiment showed that the infectivity had a positive correlation with the quantitative amount of adult,but some certain numbers of I.duplicatus might not be able to successfully reproduce the next generation;the ones within the log could successfully infect the healthy wood and reproduce the next generation,and the bark beetle infested within the log had the strongest infectivity,quantitative bark beetles source came second,and increment beetle source was the weakest.
