摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计等研究方法,通过对第36届世界艺术体操锦标赛个人项目成套难度的研究,深度解析了世界优秀艺术体操个人项目运动员成套难度编排的最新状况和特点。结果显示:俄罗斯运动员在个人全能的4个项目中都具有很高的竞技水平;绝大多数运动员的优势项目是圈操,而带操则是多数运动员的弱势项目;多数运动员在圈、球、棒的项目中偏重器械难度动作,而在带操的项目中则偏重身体难度动作,只有个别优秀运动员偏重带操、球操中的器械难度动作,也有个别运动员注重身体难度和器械难度动作的平衡发展;俄罗斯运动员在成套动作完成的艺术价值方面具有明显的优势,而在技术价值方面前八名运动员均有不同程度的失误。By using the methods of documentary,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the complete difficulty of individual events in the 36th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship to understand the present situation and characteristics of the arrangement of complete difficulty of individual events of the world outstanding rhythmic gymnastics athletes.The results show that Russian athletes have a high competitive level in the four individual all-around events.The advantage of the vast majority of athletes is the ring gymnastics,while the belt gymnastics is the weakness of the majority of athletes;Most athletes lay more stress on the difficulty of apparatus in the events of circle,ball and stick,while in the events of belt gymnastics,they lay more stress on the difficulty of body.Only some excellent athletes lay more stress on the difficulty of apparatus in the events of belt gymnastics and ball gymnastics,and some athletes pay more attention to the balanced development of the difficulty of body and the difficulty of apparatus.The Russian athletes have an obvious advantage in the artistic value of complete set of movements,while the top eight athletes have different degrees of mistakes in the technical value.
