摘  要:SoC技术是目前武器装备电子系统低功耗、高性能、高可靠、超小型化的关键支撑技术,其以IP复用为基础,以软硬件协同设计为手段,以芯片为载体,研制过程涉及软件、硬件、系统、制造、封装、测试、应用验证、芯片定型考核以及最终工程应用等多个专业领域。由于目前流行于网络及各种教材的数字芯片研制流程仅适合入门者泛泛了解,不具备优秀工程流程的全部要素,不足以指导实际的芯片研制。结合项目实际情况,该文提出一种切实可行的SoC研制流程方法,此方法涵盖了需求获取、系统级设计、芯片设计、验证及物理实现、流片及封装测试、芯片应用验证及推广。并根据实际项目研发过程经验,对此流程方法从研发流程实施方式,研制流程关键控制点,研制流程主要人员、活动及各阶段输出三个方面提出了具体的结构优化方法,从而加速了产品开发效率,提高了产品质量,节省了产品研发成本,提高了产品占有率。SoC technology is the key supporting technology of low power consumption, high performance, high reliability and super miniaturization of weapon and equipment electronic system at present. Based on IP reuse, with hardware and software co-design as the means, with chip as the carrier, its development process involves software, hardware, system, manufacturing, packaging, testing, application verification, chip design and final engineering application and many other professional fields. Because the current digital chip development process popular in the network and various teaching materials is only suitable for beginners to have a general understanding, do not have all the elements of excellent engineering process, not enough to guide the actual chip development. Based on the actual situation of the project, we propose a feasible SoC development process method, which covers requirements acquisition, system-level design, chip design, verification and physical implementation, chip and package testing, chip application verification and promotion. According to the experience of the actual project development process, specific structural optimization methods are put forward from three aspects of implementation mode, critical control point, main personnel, activities and output in each stage of R& D process, so as to accelerate the efficiency of product development, improve product quality, save the cost of product development and increase product share.
