摘  要:为了满足地震监测无人值守子台数据链路传输时效性、准确性的需求,保障吉林省地震局数字地震观测网络的链路畅通,提出了基于4G网络实现L2TP VPN备份链路的方案。重点介绍该建设方案的技术原理及实施方法,并在相关台站应用测试。结果表明,基于4G网络的L2TP VPN备份链路方案可有效解决因运营商故障造成的链路中断问题。In order to meet the requirements of timeliness and accuracy of data link transmission in unattended substations of earthquake monitoring,and to ensure the smooth link of digital seismic observation network of Jilin Earthquake Agency,a scheme of L2TP VPN backup link based on 4G network is proposed.This paper mainly introduces the technical principle and implementation method of the construction scheme,and this technology has been tested in some substations.The results show that the backup link scheme of L2TP VPN based on 4G network can effectively solve the problem of link interruption caused by operator failure.
