摘 要:为解决新型气磁悬浮电机位姿检测系统结构复杂、计算繁琐等问题,提出了一种基于光学测量技术的非接触检测装置.分别在电机转子系统和定子上布置安装硅光电池阵列和环形光源,转子带动硅光电池阵列发生偏转位移,导致硅光电池受光面积发生改变,使短路电流下降,建立电流与位移的数学模型,搭建试验平台,检测转子振动幅度.试验表明,该方法能准确检测电子转子系统偏转量,为气磁悬浮电机研究奠定了基础,具有一定的理论和实用价值.In order to solve the problems of complex structure and difficult algorithm in the pose detection system of a new type of gas magnetic levitation motor,a non-contact detection device based on optical measurement technology is proposed.Silicon photocell array and ring light source are separately installed on the motor rotor and stator.The rotor drives the silicon photocell array silicon photocell to deflect,resulting in the change of light area and bring down the short circuit current.The mathematical model of electric current and the displacement is established to test the rotor vibration amplitude.Experiments show that this method can accurately detect the deflection of electronic rotor system.It lays the foundation for the further study of pneumatic maglev motor and has a certain theoretical and practical value.
