摘 要:G波段行波管在太赫兹通信及太赫兹视频合成孔径雷达系统中都有明确的应用需求,由于其频率的特点,可以实现临近空间与地面的信号传输;在视频合成孔径雷达系统中可以实现高帧率的实时成像效果。考虑系统前级为10 mW,为实现G波段行波管输出功率大于10 W的指标要求,需要设计高增益行波管。本文介绍了北京真空电子技术研究所研制的G波段行波管,在工作频带10 GHz带宽内,连续波输出功率大于10 W,整管增益大于30 dB,效率大于4%,连续波稳定工作。G-band TWTs have clear application requirements in THz communication and THz video synthetic aperture radar system.Due to high frequency characteristics,signal transmission between near space and ground can be realized,and high frame rate real-time imaging can be achieved in video synthetic aperture radar system.Considering the 10 mW input power,in order to meet the more than 10 W output power requirement of G-band TWTs,high gain design is necessary.This paper introduces the G-band TWT developed by the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Vacuum Electronics,Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute.The TWT works stably in CW mode,the output power is more than 10 W,the gain is more than 30 dB,and the efficiency is more than 4%in 10 GHz bandwidth.
