摘  要:为了实现对煤矿采煤机运行状态的监测和故障诊断,本文基于DSP控制器设计了一种采煤机状态监测及故障诊断系统。该系统以DSP控制器为核心,结合多传感器检测融合技术、智能算法处理技术、RS485总线通信技术等,通过对采煤机全方位全生命周期的动态监测和算法融合,实时在线快速诊断采煤机发生的各类故障,为采煤机的安全运转提供保障。In order to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis of coal mining machine operation status,a coal mining machine status monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on DSP controller was designed.The system took DSP controller as the core,combined multi-sensor detection fusion technology,intelligent algorithm processing technology,RS485 bus communication technology,etc.Through dynamic monitoring and algorithm fusion of coal mining machine's all-round and whole life cycle,it can quickly diagnose various kinds of faults of coal mining machine online in real time and ensure the safe operation of coal mining machine.
