摘 要:介绍了我国几种主流球团矿生产工艺及造球原料预处理工艺,对镁质熔剂性球团性能和固结机理进行研究,分析不同配比对球团性能的影响,其中主要针对MgO及CaO进行分析,研究了铁精矿类型对球团成矿行为,通过对比总结其优缺点,阐明了目前我国生产球团矿存在的优势与不足,在提出大力发展镁质熔剂性球团必要性的同时,也对我国镁质熔剂性球团矿以后的良性发展提出了建议。Several main pellet production processes and pretreatment processes of pelletizing raw materials in China were introduced.The metallurgical properties and roasting consolidation mechanism of magnesia flux pellets were expounded.The effects of MgO and CaO on pellet metallurgical properties were analyzed.The effects of iron concentrate types on pelletizing behavior were studied.Their advantages and disadvantages were compared and summarized.The current production in China was expounded.The advantages and shortcomings of pellets were pointed out.The necessity of vigorous development of magnesia flux pellets is put forward.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the future development of magnesia flux pellets in China.
