摘 要:对轧制态及退火态铜铝复合板进行了室温拉伸试验,得到了其不同变形速度下的强度和塑性性能数据,计算了其不同变形速度下的应变硬化指数n值,以得到其优化的拉深速度。分别在无润滑、20号机油润滑以及聚丙烯薄膜润滑3种条件下对两种状态的铜铝复合板进行拉深试验,测量变形后的极限拱顶高度H,观察分析缺陷位置以及界面层演变规律。结果表明,经300℃×2 h退火处理后的铜铝复合板在拉深速度为7 mm/min时的拉深成形性能更优,聚丙烯薄膜润滑可以大大提高板料的拉深成形性能。Room temperature tensile tests of rolled and annealed copper-aluminum composite plates were carried out,and the strength and plastic properties data at different deformation rates were obtained.The strain hardening index n values at different deformation rates were calculated in order to obtain the optimized drawing speed.A deep drawing test of the copper-aluminum composite plates was carried out under three conditions of no lubrication,20 oil lubrication and polypropylene film lubrication.The height of the ultimate vault after deformation was measured,and the defect position and the evolution of the interface layer were observed and analyzed.The results show that the copper aluminum composite plates annealed at 300℃for 2 h have a better deep drawing form-ability when the drawing speed is 7 mm/min,and the polypropylene film lubrication can greatly improve its deep drawing form-ability.
