摘 要:为了改善增强相在Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合材料中的分布和结合,分别采用溶胶凝胶法和化学镀法对碳纤维(Cf)表面进行了镀TiO_(2)和Cu涂层处理,并采用粉末冶金法结合内氧化工艺制备Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜、布氏硬度计和导电率测试等研究了纤维涂层对Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Cf和Al_(2)O_(3)的添加提高了复合材料的硬度,但是致密度和导电率相对于纯铜有所下降。Cf表面涂层处理保护了粉末冶金过程中Cf的结构完整性,有利于Cf在铜基体中的均匀分布,所制备的复合材料的致密度和导电率相对于无涂层状态明显提高。其中,纤维表面化学镀Cu涂层厚度均匀且连续性较好,其制备的复合材料导电率达到80%IACS,相比于未处理的Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu复合材料提高了11.9%。In order to improve the distribution and bonding of the reinforced phase in Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites,TiO_(2)and Cu coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon fiber(Cf)by sol-gel method and electroless plating,respectively,and the Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites were prepared by powder metallurgy and internal oxidation process.The effect of fiber coating on microstructure and properties of Cf-Al_(2)O_(3)/copper composite was studied by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Brinell hardness tester and electrical conductivity test.The results show that the addition of Cf and Al_(2)O_(3)increases the hardness of the composites,but the density and conductivity are slightly lower than that of the pure copper.The coating treatment on the surface of Cf protects the structural integrity of Cf in powder metallurgy process,which is beneficial to the uniform distribution of Cf in copper matrix,and the density and conductivity of the composites prepared with the coated carbon fibers are significantly higher than those prepared with the uncoated carbon fibers.Among them,the electroless Cu coating on the Cf surface has uniform thickness and good continuity,and the conductivity of the composites prepared with Cu coated carbon fibers is 80%IACS,which is 11.9%higher than that of the composites prepared with the untreated carbon fibers.
